The SENDhelp Training Suite has various links to over 400 courses hand selected by our team which are designed to help you develop your teaching skills in your own time.
We believe in helping every pupil and service user we support to develop, grow and achieve and we feel providing our staff with up-to-date training is essential to achieving this. Furthermore, we are take pride in fully supporting the candidates we work with to find suitable job opportunities, and to flourish within them. We strongly believe that every SENDhelp candidate should have access to career development and training.
We have partnered up with a number of accredited CPD providers to offer a range accredited courses that can help you develop your career – our courses are designed to enable you to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive when working in your placement. Engaging with our courses ensures that both your academic and practical learning are kept current, allowing you to continually ‘up-skill’ or ‘re-skill’, regardless of your occupation, age or level of education.
Our Training Suite has a range of packages for support and care staff as well as teachers. Our overall aim is to provide training and learning that increases both your confidence and capability, as well as complement your career aspirations.
Most of the courses we offer are free of charge, or at the very least offered highly discounted! So whether you are looking to become Team Teach trained, acquire practical care package raining, develop your behaviour management skills, become a teacher or learn new skills – we are always looking for individuals that want to make a difference.
